Update - After repeatedly raising a serious safety concern about improperly installed units to DR Horton, the builder and general contractor, they replaced the faulty unit in only one home following my first escalation but shockingly ignored the same issue in eight other new homes in the Traditions neighborhood. Despite my efforts, DR Horton dismissed the severity of the problem, provided misleading information about the safety risks, and refused to address the remaining homes, showing a blatant disregard for resident safety. Frustrated by their inaction over more than a week, I informed one of K-Line’s installers directly. Kline is knowingly installing equipment that does not meet manufacturer installation instructions. Maybe to save money, unsure why. Recommend working with another electrician that follows NFPA70 and all applicable codes and manufacturer recommendations.

We had a major electrical issues and our breaker box needed to be replaced as well as needing a new furnace. From the first point of contact they have been nothing but amazing! Ryan, the resident project manager, was beyond helpful and was completely transparent about our situation and all the costs. Also Brayden, HVAC guy, was amazing and very transparent as well with everything. We even had Anthony’s Plumbing out for a quote and their customer service and prices were nothing compared to the service we received from Team Kline. Their price was less than half the amount that I was quoted from Anthony’s. We needed this work done by Saturday and they worked hard and got it completed for us! Team kline installed a new ac and furnace. They did a wonderful job from the estimate to the finished job. Braydon was very friendly, professional and good at what he does. They have called to check that everything was going good a week later. I definitely plan on calling them for other jobs and recommending them to anyone that asks for a good ac furnace guy.
