Team Kuras

If you have septic needs, and there’s a ton of us out here, Team Kuras is THE BEST! We have an aerator septic system which they service and monitor. Recently, Team Kuras repaired the motor and performed a clean-out. They handle our maintenance checks, as well. Each time we’ve needed anything, they have responded and scheduled the work within hours. They take their business and our concerns seriously! Their service people and office staff are always kind and professional. They could offer other businesses courses in professional business practices, customer service, and professional dedication to work! We always know their work will be exemplary! We love Kuras! They’ve been our go to for our Septic and Cistern since we built our home in 2019. They actually installed both. Justin has always been highly responsive whenever we’ve had issues, which have been very minimal in 6 years. They’re always on point when it comes to the annual checkups for our systems and the workers they send out are always so professional and polite!

The absolute best! We own an old home, so we are familiar with contractors. Jeff came out when he said he would and went above and beyond to assess the damage without any additional charges for the services to do the quote. The others wanted a service fee for showing up and doing some preliminary work to get a handle on the damage. Jeff was even thinking of the gas line and making sure it was protected, which no-one else seemed to consider. The quote came in the same day. No waiting for a week to get to the quote. The quote was incredibly reasonable and saved us several thousand dollars. The work was scheduled to be done within 2 days, and he completed the job in one day.
