Tec Electric

I work at Morgan Jewelers in Logan. We were having some issues with some of our lighting displays. I called Matt and he scheduled to have Josh come take care of our issues. He was very thorough and kept us up to date when there was a delay in some of the supplies. He explained why we had an issue and how he would be able to fix it. He came in and was able to take care of the issue and also our emergency lights that multiple other electricians had told us they couldn’t figure out or couldn’t be done. I am so grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

Josh was dispatched to my place of employment and went above and beyond his job description to find out why we are not getting airflow into our part of the building. His job description is to detect any electrical issues but he still wasn’t satisfied that the ladies in our building had no airflow and it was very hot in there. He would not leave until he found the problem he found the problem gave us a temporary solution airflow started to come through and the temperature was getting down to 72 for us. We were all very thankful for Josh going above and beyond and for him and his boss Matt with the other tec of HVAC that clearly needed to be done to fix our problem. TEC showing up with integrity.

My dryer stopped working, so I bought a new one which also did not work. I called many appliance dealers and electrical companies but all were too busy or not interested. Angi.com quoted an exorbitant price. My day improved when I called Tec Electric and Chris apologized for my having to wait a day. When Josh arrived he got right down to work and replaced my faulty circuit breakers. He also found an old problem with an exposed wire that had been hidden with electrical tape and fixed that. He then put the dryer back and made sure everything was working. Tec Electric went above and beyond and I am a satisfied customer.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They were incredibly unprofessional and had zero communication and nonexistent customer service. I was told the job to connect my hot tub would be around $300, which is similar to other jobs my family has has done by other companies. Without saying a further word to me or even knocking on my door, the job was finished. Then a week later I got a bill for $720!! When I called about it, I got stonewalled. They said it was due to product cost and didn't even address the two extra hours I was billed for when the tec wasn't on site. Nothing was communicated to me through the entire process and no one I spoke to afterward wanted to do anything to address it. They never admitted to doing anything wrong, stating that it was my problem now. Oh, they eventuall

We just needed a small job done (add a circuit for a dishwasher into a kitchen that did not previously have a dishwasher installed). I called many different local electricians, and was told by most of them that the job was too small and they didn't want to waste their time on a small job like that. A few other companies came out and gave huge bids and seemed pretty uninterested in the job. TEC had someone come out, they were super professional, they got us a very reasonable bid super quick, and then they came and did the job in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the quality and speed of the work, and even better, the bill just came the other day and it was less than the quote! I have already recommended them to friends and family, very impressed with their service!
