TECH-VAC Heating & Cooling El Paso, TX

I put in a request to fix my heating unit, and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to come out the next day. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Great company, would absolutely use again

The technician was very professional, he assessed the problem and corrected the issue. I do wish he would have shown me pictures of the problem so I could have seen it for myself. I do believe the problem is/was more extensive than what was diagnosed. I think there’s a leak in my system or the coils need replacing! But I would recommend this business as it was very attentive and like I said professional.

He did a diagnostic on my furnace to see if it was leaking carbon dioxide, and it was. We quickly opened all windows to air out the house. I really would have liked him to fix it but he said that he had to check with Choice Warranty to make sure that it's covered. That's the reason I got this warranty to make sure that my appliances are covered in case they need repair.

Mr. Nesselhuf provided timely and accurate updates on the tech's arrival. Mr. Ortiz was very helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my HVAC system, figured out what parts were needed, and will be returning to finish the repair.
