He took the time to explain each unit thoroughly and what needed to be fixed on the other unit. The next day, he found the part and installed it. Technician came to fix our water heater. He recognized the symptom that we did not have hot water in master bathroom and guest bathroom and fluctuating warm-hot water in kitchen but after 45 minutes couldn't figure out why. He said he'd be back as early as tomorrow and then I received a call from my warranty company who said that he reported that the water heater is working properly. We alerted the warranty company that the technician gave false information. He certainly knew we didn't have hot water in these locations. If we didn’t possess the skills to effectively communicate with our warranty company then they would have, on this tech's word, closed the job, charged us the trade call fee, and we'd have to settle for cold showers. I don't recommend this company at all.
