0 Stars – Poor Service and Unprofessional Experience My dishwasher broke, and my home warranty company assigned this repair service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. After calling them, they scheduled an appointment two days later. The technician inspected the machine and said a part needed replacement. It took a week for the part to arrive. The technician installed it, but within 30 minutes of leaving, the dishwasher stopped working again. This was on a Friday, and he told me to call the office on Monday for another appointment. After waiting 3–4 more days, the technician came back and claimed the issue was tangled pipes. He assured me it was fixed, but the machine failed again within 40 minutes. Techline was an absolute pleasure to work with. Had an issue with my BRAND NEW Speed queen washer, opened a warranty service visit, they came on NEW YEARS EVE to check it out…the guy was kind and figured it out quickly as a faulty pump - they ordered a new one and installed it as soon as it arrived! Very quick service, very responsive when I called to check in (shipping on the part took a bit due to holidays). USE THESE GUYS, you won’t be sorry.

Today, Reynaldo, the service tech, came out to assess my dryer. He was able to fix it on the spot. Reynaldo is very professional, and kind. He was at my house three years ago, fixing my washing machine and did a great job then too. I highly recommend him and Techline.

We’ve had a long standing issue with our GE refrigerator…freezer not staying cold enough. I had another repair company (not Techline) out 4 times and they were unable to properly diagnose and rectify the issue so called in Techline. Yesterday Reynaldo from Techline showed up to repair our fridge. Reynaldo is very professional and courteous. I’m confident in both his diagnosis and the repair he performed. So far, so good.
