Easily accessible garage. Ample of parking spots. Slightly confusing exit signs. I paid $54 for 7 hrs in September 2025.

The bathroom in this $26/hr garage is locked. Also if you forget your ticket (or it prints illegibly) you cannot get back to your car and are locked out unless someone answers the phone.

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at this garage. Most of the time, the manager was unavailable to provide assistance, and when others tried to help, their efforts were not honored by the manager. Unfortunately, this lack of coordination led to me paying more than I should have. The experience was frustrating and disheartening, and I’ve decided never to return to this garage. You can try to avoid this garage to avoid bad customer service and curb rashes due to badly designed entrances and exits.

Double charged me $48 for 4hrs of parking and wouldn't give me a refund, so it cost me almost $100 to park for 4hrs. They had a broken gate but didn't mark it so I drove up to it, put my card in but the gate would not open, so the attendant had me back up and go through the working gate where I was charged and given a receipt. When i checked my credit card statement, I saw a double charge so I printed out my statement and brought it to the office. They said they could not refund me without a receipt for both transactions. I was only given a receipt from the gate I actually went though. They would not accept my printed credit card statement because "I could have left and then come back later in the day" even though both the charges were within 5minutes of each other. It seems like these guys definitely love to double charge people. Be very wary before giving your credit card to them and make sure you request a receipt. Trust me, they will double charge you!
