This company did not fix the problem but marked my case as completed. My AC would start the day at 72° and then over the course of the summer day the AC would be on the whole time, but the house increases in temp to 84° by the evening. This company fixed the compressor, then it broke again, and then fixed it again and said they finished their job, but the house still was increasing in temp to the 80s every day. I've left them 5 messages that they never fixed the problem, and they never returned their calls. I had to get a new company and they found the compressor broken again and electrics we're missing components. -1 star for not fixing the problem -1 star for not returning calls -1 star for marking the problem as complete when it wasn't fixed -1 star for my AC still not being fixed after

This company was referred to us by our home warranty. They diagnosed and fixed our air Conditioning unit very quickly. They were very helpful. We’re pleased with their performance.

In an attempt to get a 40 min. call prior to arrival of technician, I was told by Nancy that they could only call 30 min. in advance. Rather than discuss why the co. was unwilling to give me a call 10 min. earlier than they normally would call a client, Nancy went and cancelled by service call with HSA after hanging up on me. I have never had an issue with any service contractor in getting an advance call of their arrival time. Poor customer service. Also, was told that they only perform 2 HSA warranty repairs a day and they were very busy. If it is such an inconvenience to perform HSA warranty repairs, they should not be a participating repair service.

I had a pretty simple AC issue, got referred to Tecumseh Heating & Air through American Home Shield because they were one of the only ones in the area who would work on my Mitsubishi mini split. Tony not only helped me out but gave me some advice on if the problem happens again.

I'm not sure that this is a real business. Their number is out of order, the number AHS gives you isn't monitored. They take appointments from AHS but then reschedule them without communicating with anyone. If AHS gives you Tecumseh Heating & Air, good luck.
