Ted Cook Heating Service

I called Ted Cook today (Sunday) expecting to get a recording. Ted himself answered the call and arrived the same day to fix our furnace problem. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a HVAC contractor, don't waste your time with any other company. Ted Cook is the best hands down and the only person I will recommend or ever use for any HVAC needs. Top notch company!!

Guys. Do yourself a favor and call Ted Cook if you have an issue. My mind is blown. I called another HVAC company first, and I regret that immensely. They had good reviews but they gave me a quote I felt was outrageous and tried to sell me on a cleaning and service plan and all kinds of extras. I went with my gut and let them leave without fixing anything and I’m so glad I did because I went and found Ted Cook HVAC. I was not expecting to speak to Ted himself when I called, but he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me and was so exceedingly kind, fit me in the same day even though I didn’t call til after 3, didn’t charge me a crazy service fee, and beat the quote of the other company by $1200. $1200! Great communication. Showed up when they said they would. Service was thorough and helpful - Roger took a lot of time to help explain the system and show me how to take care of a number of things myself. Especially compared to some other big "home service" companies, Ted Cook and his team aren't out to just give you the biggest bill they can - they're honest and want to do great work! Happy to have a go-to AC company.
