Ted Crocus Appliance Service

My fridge decided to stop working and expelled a order of a wire burning, the day before my son's graduation party. I called Ted, explained to him what happened. He was at my house about an hour later. He discovered the problem was a badly burned lightbulb ballast in the back of my fridge. I never knew a fridge, or any appliance could do this! Ted fixed it all up!!!! I am extremely pleased with his service and imperativness that he provided and will highly recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors in the future! If you are in need of an appliance repair man, Ted Crocus is the guy you are looking for!!! If I could rate him 10 stars, I definitely would!!!

I had called Ted to repair a leaky dishwasher at one of my rental properties in Bethlehem. He called me back very quickly and scheduled a time to go to the property just two days later. I really appreciated his quick response time, his prompt service time, and reasonable prices. He kept in communication before arriving, after he diagnosed the problem, and for his return visit after he ordered the right parts (just one day later). I was looking for someone reliable and quick for appliance repairs and I’ll definitely use again!

I first met Ted in May when I purchased a new LG washer and dryer from Costco. He was assigned to connect my gas dryer. I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator, and I reached out to Ted directly. He came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within a couple weeks after the part came in, he repaired the fridge. He was very professional and reasonably priced. When I got the washer, I noticed that it would make a very loud screeching noise. I called LG and they could not get a repair person to come out to diagnose or repair it (even though it was under warranty). I requested that I use my own service repair man and they agreed. I have a fairly old dishwasher and hard water. One night, it just backed up, and there was water all over the floor. I called someone I have used for years, and the snippy person on the other end of the phone said that she could have someone out in a week. I took the appointment and then called Ted Crocus as he had good reviews. He answered the phone himself, told me he could be there the next day, and he showed up when he said he would. Of course, I had cancelled the other appointment. He set about quietly fixing my dishwasher, made no mess, did not intrude in the house in any way...., and the dishwasher has been working wonderfully ever since. I highly recommend him.
