I wish I could give them 0 stars. I just received a bill at my new address saying that I owed them over $3,000. When I called she was saying how she had been trying to contact me and left a lot of messages and also how she emailed me, but never got a response (she had the wrong email address). She said how she asked everyone in the office and Mr. Hebert was getting tired and was going to report me to a collection agency. She said she needed a receipt or the check. When I told her I paid cash, she said she would ask around. Fortunately, within 10 minutes, I found my receipt and when I called back I told them how they need to keep better records and she blamed it on the flood. Called to inquire on services - was told "$175/HOUR AND A 4 HOUR MINIMUM".... WOW is all i can say. A 4 hour minimum is $700.... Prices are extremely high compared to other plumbers as well as an incredibly high minimum. Would recommend you continue calling around if your balance starts at $700 NOT INCLUDING ANY MATERIALS! This should be considered price gouging in my eyes!

Was charged 400.00 to clean out a septic tank. I had to have it done by someone else a couple of months later. Problem was not solved and work was poorly done, odor in yard remained. He then took credit for the work done by the second company I hired who did a good job, got rid of the odor and cleaned up area damaged.

Dubious (at best) business practices. Will not tell you they will not call you back. Wasted 3 months trying to get them to come out to install a septic system. Turns out they will not service the parish I am in and will not tell you that. How these people are still in business is beyond me...
