Ted Jenks Water Well Service LLC

I’m happy with this company. Called multiple companies with a water pump issue and they were the only ones that responded at a reasonable time. They actually have staff to handle calls. I brought in my pump and Lowell helped me trouble shoot it for free. They seem to have a large staff so Lowell had the time for me. He tested my pump and it worked 🙌. with that we figured out it’s a wiring problem. They even sold me a specific wire splice set I wanted. I wish I had them built my well. I’d recommend them. Professional, helpful and the environment was welcoming. what more can you ask for?

Mr. Jenks and his crew did a phenomenal job with my well pump and pressure tank. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and over all professional at their craft. I highly recommend their service, which in my case, was same-day when my well quit. Lowell Jenks (owner) is one of the last “good guys”. Thanks again!

Very helpful. Mr. Jenks was more than willing to give advice whether I used his company or not. The workers were very respectful and knowledgeable. My well was in working order within 24 hours. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs well work done.

I tried for a week to fix my pump and they came and figured it out for me. I should have called sooner would have saved me a ton of time and effort.

Bethany took my initial call, she was courteous and accommodating. Didn’t promise an exact time, but said someone would be out today. Jose called upon arrival to my house and when he completed the repair. Jose explained the issue and what he did to fix my well. I thought repair price was fair, and same day service is great. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again!
