Teddy Bears! I can’t say enough about this company! They are life savers when it comes to emergencies!! I have used them for years and have zero complaints! Mona, Mark and David are the best!!

USAA hired them to remediate damage caused by a broken pipe. Their communication is non existent. They repeatedly told us they were coming to do work, over months, and never showed up. They didn't even let us know they weren't coming. After 8 months, and many missed days of work, we fired them.

We have been very pleased with the work that was done in our home after a kitchen fire. Chase Thompkins worked with us every step of the way to get our house back to normal. The bulk of the remodel was done by David and Brenda Allen and they were amazing! Always involving us in everything and worked very quickly and did a great job! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. THANK YOU!

tldr: Teddy Bear quoted me $17k for a job. Job only actually need about 10% of that done. Switched out some minor repairs and modifications because of all the extra money. Work done wasn't even that great. Teddy Bear still tried to charge me $17k for work they never did. Contractor told me he "can come up with whatever number I need to get your bill to 17 grand." Finally settled on $12k after weeks of arguing, which was still way too much. --- Insurance company recommended Teddy Bear's after a car drove into my office. They sent a man out to quote the repairs needed. He said it would be $17,000 to basically rebuild 40% of my building from the ground up; floors, exterior walls, ceiling.
