We are extremely pleased with everything involved with the process of having new flooring installed in our home. From the very beginning, Homero explained all the different options for flooring to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The installers arrived promptly on the morning of installation and worked hard all day. They cleaned up afterwards and put all furniture back in place. The floors are beautiful! We could not have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Ted’s Floor and Decor.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Ted’s flooring. They are a local shop in our area. We were looking to replace our engineered flooring. I made a phone call, spoke with Homer who is one of their sales rep and made an appointment. Homer arrive on the day of the appointment and Id have to say Homer is one of the finest people that I have dealt with. He has superior knowledge with flooring and answers all your questions in dummy terms so you can fully understand and will show you examples and the pros and cons. There are so many options to choose from. We let Homer know what we are looking for and we chose his recommendation and it turned out perfect. Thank you Homer and Ted’s flooring!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ted's Floor & Decor! I shopped around for a month looking for flooring. I was doing my entire home, so I had a giant job to get done. I priced everyone in the Sachse and Wylie area, and Ted's was able to give me the best price. Homero helped me pick the perfect floor! He was so knowledgeable, honest, and kind! He showed me a ton of options to pick from. Within about a week, the floors had been delivered and the crew started working. Both the guys on crew were so incredibly nice. We replaced every floor in our home with Ted's. We replaced over 1400sf of tile in our main living area, the tile in three bathrooms, and almost all of or our carpet with laminate, keeping carpet only on the stairs. Homero is superb to work with and we are very pleased with the results.
