Ted's Well Service Inc

I’ve had Ted’s Well do work at my home several times including the new well. The other day, my sprinklers weren’t working and I had no pressure and I had no water. I contacted him and he made it a point to get over and service me the next day to find out what the problem was, which was wonderful And I intend to have him do the work for the replacement of my New equipment. I’ve never had any kind of a problem with any work they’ve ever done and I’m very happy. I am always very satisfied. Thank you again Ted!!!

Teds Is a family owned and operated business who has been in the well drilling industry for many years and they know their stuff. A driver under the influence took out the well in front of my home and Teds got right onto getting all the right permits and paperwork to drill a new one. One frustrating part that I have is, communication with customers could be better. It wasn’t made clear to us that this process can take 4 to 6 weeks from when they apply for permits to getting results for the water test.

Great experience all around! Highly recommend. I called to get my water conditioner serviced and had a pressure tank issue. Ted called me back quickly and I had an appointment when I needed it within days. Nick and Gerry were very nice and pleasant to talk to. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything they needed to do and why. I was very pleased with their service and will be calling them again with any issues I may have in the future.

Had a 35 year old busted well pump. They came out right away, did a full diagnostic and spent the time to educate me and my family about the whole thing (we just moved and hadn’t used a well before). They were professional, reasonably priced and did a good job as far as I can tell. The well works great and the water tastes excellent! Thanks!

I'm so happy I went with these guys. They were so professional and explained everything to me clearly. They replaced my tank in the crawlspace and were super efficient. Ted and Todd were very personable and it was fun talking to them. Personally, I was very impressed. The girls at the office were kind and friendly. Thanks for the great service and I will highly recommend!! (Keep in mind these guys work hard and in unpleasant conditions most of the time, kudos to them! )
