TEE-PEE Septic Services

So impressed with Teepee’s willingness to help us in a bind. We were having issues with our septic pump and needed to be pumped out urgently. I called on a Friday morning and the woman on the phone was so helpful and booked my for the following Monday, but she told me if she was able to she would have the driver stop by same day if he could accommodate. A couple of hours later Juan called and was able to come by and pump same day. Such a nice guy and we really appreciated the last minute help. Will be definitely using Teepee again for our septic services.

My experience with TEE-PEE septic was above and beyond expectations! Olga, the representative we spoke with the most was always so helpful and honest. We purchased a travel trailer and had to have a pump service every two weeks. Our service tech was always on time and communicative and polite! They also have the option to pay your bill with the tech as a convenience! We have sold our trailer, but would highly recommend this company! Thank you, for all your hard work!!!

Great customer service when calling and the person who shows up at the house. Price was reasonable. They call 30 minutes before showing up. He was professional and conscientious on how he went doing his job, mindful on parking and careful not to damage your property, yet got the job done quickly. I will most definitely use them again. Septic tank was full, but there was no record of where the tank was. Tee Pee came out same day and located the tank for me. They were able to pump it out and get everything up and running! Office staff and truck drivers are both friendly and professional, and I will be using them again!
