The guys came out quickly to check why my central heating unit wasn’t turning on. Diagnosis was quick but since it was an older unit we asked about pricing for new unit. They got use pricing for repair and new unit the same day. There was no pressure to replace and they got use a new unit quickly and installed as soon as they could considering we had a snow storm come right as our unit went out. Very thankful for Sean and his knowledgeable crew. It’s so nice having heat again.

I hired them to do a service & inspection for a house that I just purchased. When the guy came out, he told me that the selling agent had just paid them to do the same thing I was trying to have done. They could have billed me for the work, but they didn't. I will definitely put them first on my call list for future work.

On February 25th, 2020, My landlord had Tehachapi heating and air come over to do the range hood vent for the stove. I met the 2 guys, they came in and I I had to go to work so I left them there with my landlord. When I came back later, all of my things had been rummaged through! All of my personal belonging had been touched and looked through. They were suppose to be in my kitchen only but someone came into my room, went through My closets, my underwear drawers, someone walked on my decorative rug-that I am very particular about not stepping on- they even sat on my bed and even went through my old phone ( pictures, text messages and my email) I know this because everything was left open!! I am a very particular person about my things so it was very obvious as soon as I came home that my

They came out and charged their 75 dollar service charge just to tell me the filter was wrong. When I called them back because that didn't work they complained about having to come back to my house. They came out and the heater seemed to work for a day then no heat. They never went on the roof or fixed the problem. I have heard of other women they have done this too. I had to freeze for months until SAWYER Construction came out took me seriously and got on my roof found out the controller was not working and fixed the issue.
