All up and down I-5 & Hwy 99 in Central California, always see heavy trucks with equipment Speeding way past the speed limit, when I am on Cruise Control at the speed limit. You need to remind them to slow down and go the speed limit!!!!!
Do you TRY to hire the worst drivers in the world?
Mixed reviews. Construction pace at Westlake, Stockton very slow and unending it seems. Pick it up guys and just finish. Also unclear as to the role of this company in providing needed competition vs. an oligopoly set up (which it seems to favor) resulting in increases of construction costs and limits competition. Much room for improvement.
