Temp - 1 Heating & Cooling

I can not THANK this company enough. They come out on New Year's Eve to my father's home who's furnace had been giving him issues. They showed up on time. Quoted me the exact price. Never made me feel pressured into thinking we needed more then we did. They did have to come back a couple days later after getting parts due to the holiday. They again kept me updated on pricing and arrival time. Which made my already anxious father feel better. The nicest & most professional team I have ever dealt with. They turned a nightmare into a properly taken care of situation. I will be using them & recommending them to everyone whenever necessary. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!! I called them out for a very simple repair. They were hours late. They did not fix the problem. They did not diagnose the problem. The older of the two work men was rude and aggressive for the duration of his time on my property. They left after about 30 minutes and a token attempt. They did not attempt to help me find another contractor to finish. And finally they broke my thermostat and are keep adding new hoops to just through to get it fixed. Would give zero stars if possible. I would caution anyone to try somewhere else
