Temp Control

Great customer service and excellent gentleman that came out. They fixed my central heating unit when another company couldn’t. Another company came out first- charged me over 300$ and told me I needed a new unit, that it couldn’t be repaired. Called temp control and they came out- fixed it and price was so reasonable. I live in an apartment complex, my AC went out on May 14th, it's currently July 10th, my AC unit is still not fixed. It's been basically 2 months with no Central AC, I am also 20 weeks pregnant. When I talked to my landlord about how much longer the repair would take, he said he was told that my part was on back order. I mean I get it that a part could be on back order, but for 2 MONTHS?!?! My fiance and I were forced to buy an 800 dollar window unit for our apartment which still does not cool the whole thing. I've had to close off rooms of my apartment to try and keep the rest cool. Have had 2 systems (31 years) installed by Temp Control. Both owners have always responded within hours, answered and responded to emergencies even when I have encouraged priorities of others (elderly and ill) they have always made time to respond and resolve all issues even during frigid freezes and extreme heat waves. Getting ready to have my 3rd unit installed and will not even consider any other company. When you need them- that are here for you!

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! What a total waste of MY time and effort from Temp Control this was!!! Originally we called in and spoke to a woman about scheduling an appointment. The estimate was to be for a new install valued at approximately $10,000+ and to service our existing units on our house as our systems recently turned 10 years old and don’t seem to be as efficient as they once were. During the entire conversation the lady on the other end continued to interrupt us as we were attempting to ask questions to gain knowledge about a mini split system. Theses systems are relatively new to us so we weren’t even sure at the time if that’s what we needed. Which is why we needed someone to come out. She kept asking us detailed information that we had no clue about. Th

Awesome crew. Showed up around the same time everyday. Had all the ductwork and old system torn out, new everything put back in, and running within 3 days. Handled our dogs with ease, very nice and down to earth, kept me in the loop on what was going on, easy to talk to, and even brought in our packages while I was gone. Have nothing bad to say about the entire process or any of the workers. Definitely recommend them for your hvac needs!
