I couldn't be more thankful for all of the help the folks at Temp Control have provided over the years. *Several late night and weekend rescues (always on the hottest, muggiest nights of the year) from  professional, well trained and very polite technicians. (Their semi-annual maintenance plan is definitely worth the cost.) *Only once in all of the rescues did they not have a necessary part in stock (...so Matteo loaned his personal fan to make the night more bearable. The part came in the next day, and we were back up and running). *Help above and beyond the call of duty when learning the contractor of a new home did not properly submit the paperwork to validate the 10 year warranty for the A/C unit installed (by another A/C company). After years of successfully nursing our aged AC system along, Temp Control finally had to pass on the news that the system needed replacing. Doug did an admirable job of answering my questions about his quote (which was very competitive). Mateo and Daniel -- probably the two most polite technicians I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with -- were quick and efficient in the installation. All told, a great service. Highly recommended.

I called Temp Control for an AC repair today, and I couldn’t be happier. I always get so nervous for home repairs because I have been taken advantage of many times. Chelsea got us an appointment with a technician right away and was so helpful to make sure we weren’t in the heat for too long. John showed up early and had our unit running wonderfully again in no time! The price was better than I expected and I’m one happy customer!! Thank you Temp Control!
