I needed timely A/C repairs and DJ got me up and running in just a couple hrs. He installed a new A/C unit for me. He was professional, on time and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. He even came back to check on things and make sure everything was running properly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, professional and affordable service.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this HVAC service. Initially, I was quoted a $75 service fee, which I agreed to. The technician diagnosed a warranty-covered load board issue and took the part, claiming he needed to get a replacement. However, he then tried to charge me $425 for the replacement, while other professionals quoted only $150. When I asked for my original part back and offered to pay the agreed service fee on return, he refused and held my load board until I paid him more. I have now filed a police report for theft. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. At no time did I ever refuse to pay for the diagnosis. He is a liar, unprofessional and a criminal for taking a parts that belongs to me. Temp pros are very knowledgeable and provide great quality service. I recently had an issue with my heatpump not operating correctly. DJ located a leak in my line. The temperature was supposed to be below 20 degrees that night. He went above and beyond by sealing the leak and charging up my system to get it working again at full capacity. My family and I were very appreciative. I would recommend Temp Pros for your HVAC needs.

Mr. Colbert is excellent at what he does I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Very knowledgeable about his work and excellent customer service. He is not there to rip you off like many do. He will work on your unit and find the solution. I have used him in a few occasions and got to me immediately to find a solution to my problem. You will definitely be pleased with the end result and the fair price.
