Terrible service! They do not answer calls nor text messages. And when they do answer a text (it seems that calling is not part of their professional practice) and give you a day and time when they will come... they do not show up. We contacted them on Sunday, January 25th. They were supposed to come either Tuesday or Wednesday, but no show. We texted the person again, and he indicated that one of the guys was coming on Friday (January 30) at 10:00 AM. Once again... Unreliable.

I scheduled a service call for no heat and requested a tune-up for another unit a few days in advance. The technician never showed up, even after I waited over an hour past the scheduled time. I called the office, and Tim said he would contact the tech and call me back but I never heard back. When I followed up again, Tim mentioned he couldn’t reach the technician and that the GPS showed the van still at the tech’s home. He said he’d keep trying or we might have to reschedule. By this point, it was nearly 1 PM for an 8:30 AM appointment. I called again for an update, but now no one was even answering the phone. Terrible communication, completely unreliable, and a huge waste of my day. If I hadn’t kept calling, I doubt anyone would’ve reached out at all.

I had an AC condenser unit which didn't come on when I started the system. I called one of the big HVAC outfits and when the tech came, he told me that the compressor was shot, and since the system was over 10 years old, we should get a new one which would have cost about 17K. A friend recommended Temp-Stat who had installed her new system for much less. So, I called Temp-Stat for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. Turns out I didn't need a new system or compressor. The tech pointed out a breaker switch and said to just clean the coils once a year. I am so grateful to Temp-Stat and appreciate their knowledge, honesty and reasonableness. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a scary experience with a Temp Stat driver license plate number XNAC78 at noon this past Saturday 12/7. I attempted to call the number on the van during this whole ordeal but no one answered. I was attempting to merge at the Pemberton bypass and this driver came out of nowhere, cut me off and would have hit me if I didn’t slam on my brakes. Which made the driver behind me have to slam on their brakes, thankfully we did not get into an accident because of this driver. I tried staying a little behind because he seemed like an extremely aggressive driver and this man was tailgating the driver in front of him. When he saw a picture being taken of him he slammed on his brakes and I once again almost got rear ended by the person behind me. He started doing 40 in a 50 to yell at me out his

Update: My review still stands but I would like to share that I recently had a conversation with the business owner about this. I feel that we had a positive conversation about this situation, the outcome, and going forward. I will say, that from the time that we first spoke about this situation and the conversation we had recently, are two different situations. The owner took accountability for his actions and his words. I do believe after our conversation that the owner is committed to growth. He is committed to learning from past mistakes and taking accountability. I do believe that as a person, he is moving in the correct direction. I wish him well, and I hope he continues to be committed to the positive growth and change that I heard when we spoke. Lack of accountability, integrity,
