Brian had performed a few previous service calls on my old furnace. He was always quick to respond and good natured about working in a dirt floor crawl space of my antique house. Based on that experience I was confident to hire him for a consult and new install. He got the job done quickly and came back a few times to bleed the system and get it up to optimal function. I'd recommend him without reservation.

I don’t usually write reviews which is ridiculous because I almost always read reviews before I purchase a product or hire a company. That being said, I had a problem with my combination hot water/boiler. I was given Brian’s name through a friend. He answered my phone call immediately, and I explained the problem I was having. He told me he was finishing a job up the next town over and he would be able to be at my house within 2 hours. He would text me when he was on his way. In a world when contractors don’t even get back to you. He was at my house within an hour. He diagnosed my problem, which resulted in him having to put in a new combination boiler, everything was installed 2 days later. Brian is very personable and easy to deal with, I would recommend him for any plumbing or heating
