We bought a top of the line ($14, 804.00) Lennox heat pump with air purifier and steam humidifier in Nov. of 2013 from Temperature Control because their website says they service and sell them. Only later did I find out that they are NOT a 'Premier' Lennox dealer. The Lennox website says this about Premier Dealers; In order to earn and maintain “Premier” status, Lennox Premier Dealers must consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. To ensure they do that, they are trained to design, install, service and maintain HVAC systems, are dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction, and must maintain a 4-star rating among consumers. On 12/2013 I had them out to investigate system vibration. Covered by warranty. On 12/2013 I had to have them back to install a vibration eliminatio
