Troy took his time to explain to me what my problem was and provided me with a future plan to help with my AC. He got us blowing cool again . Appreciate this Service and he is good people. They arrived on schedule(1pm) to replace the fan motor. My husband was home when they came out, but I called and Troy patiently and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. They had to wait on authorization from our warranty and had to pick up the part, but were so committed to finishing the job that they returned at 8pm that night to ensure we slept comfortably. It was a great experience working with Temperature Pro during my time of need.. The owner Mr Troy personally came out and introduced himself and assured me the job will be done in a timely manner.. Mr Troy was very professional and stayed in touch while attempting to find out the problem to my A/C unit not working properly. He left for the day after attempting to find out the problem and came back due to having another idea of what the problem might be and knowing I didn’t have any A/C.. Mr Troy is the best at what he do and I highly recommend his service...
