My experience with Tempest appliances has been awesome from start to finish.The service provided was prompt and professional. I was able to explain my washer machine dilemma with Taffy and needed to fix the washer without the hubby knowing. While Justin on another job, Taffy went above and beyond to help with my situation. she reached out to Justin and explained what I did and he knew exactly what I needed, the part was ordered, appt was made and washer fixed. Yayyy! Eventually I told the hubby I broke the washer, it was a simple fix and taken care of. Thanks Taffy. 😇 I am very grateful to Taffy and Justin. Great people to do business with, they are reliable and honest🙏🏽.

After calling 2 other companies and given 5-6 days for an appointment to unlock a washer with clothes inside. I was lucky to find Tempest online and I called and Tammy was friendly and said she could have someone come out in a few hrs to at least let us remove the clothes. Justin arrived and was able to clear the control panel problem and checked it thoroughly with a diagnostic program. Justin was extremely knowledgeable about brands and products. His price was very reasonable and on top of that he gave us a veterans discount. Can’t ask for better service and we now have a new repair company for all of our appliances.

I texted Tempest Appliance Services on Sunday. I got a very speedy reply from a very nice women Taffy. She was knowledgeable and professional. She set me up for an appointment the next day, which was Monday. Justin the owner came early. Justin was professional and very quick. I believe it only took him 10 minutes to complete the job. I needed a dryer hose hooked up properly. His fee was reasonable, especially that he came so quickly, as this can be a fire hazard as everyone knows. I highly recommend this company. If I should ever need anything with any of my other appliances, I will definitely be calling Tempest Appliance Services. Justin is awesome!

Justin installed a new KitchenAid dishwasher panel because the stainless panel peeled on the top left front. The panel I chose is black and was the correct model number but did not fit correctly. Justin was able to adjust it. It looks beautiful and works great. Thank you, Justin.

Responded quick to our service call, were personable, and honest in their billing. Saved us from buying a new appliance after spending 2 months with no oven, “waiting on the part” with another service company. These guys had it fixed literally in 5 minutes with no new parts the same day we called them. Would not hesitate to use again.
