It's a well lit, clean facility, with 24-hour camera surveillance, and frequent patrol by the helpful Caesars security staff. Currently, it's not normally open to the public, but Caesars uses it for their employee parking. Also, Bally’s has a contract with Caesars for their employees to use the facility as well.
