They were referred to me by a neighbor that has been using them for years. I had a water heater that needed replacing. I texted him with my problem and he let me know he was available to take a look on Monday morning. He came inspected and said he would get back to me in a few minutes with quote. Within 15 minutes he called me back and was able to do the job the same day. We agrees on a a time and he was there on time. They did a great job and cleaned up. I am so glad they were referred to me. Good guys and good work. They will become by go to guys.

So much to say: #1- they are NOT Navien certified to install or repair Navien tankless hot water heaters. #2- they do not issue receipts or invoices so pay via check or credit card if you need proof of payment/services, #3- expect them to be hours late, #4- little to no clean up, #5- expensive service calls ($600 cash for 2 hours labor). I wish they were my go to, and on another platform I gave them 3 stars until another company (a Navien authorized installer) said Temp Pros caused system failure because they descaled my system using white distilled vinegar prompting internal corrosion.
