Temprite

The initial complaint was my AC stopped working and was tripping the circuit breaker. Temp-Rite came out and diagnosed a faulty compressor. While replacing it on the second visit, the tech drilled a screw into the coil. They replaced the whole unit with a new one at there expense during the third visit(😊). I paid a mere $540 for refrigerant. However there was no measurement as to how mich they used(🤔). During the install they found another issue at the main unit. A bad TXV. They replaced it and got the system going. They reported the system fully operational despite my complaint that it was not blowing nearly as cold as before. They said give it a few days and if it is not back to normal, give Temp Rite a call back. After four days of my AC continuously running, $$$, trying to cool my hom

I moved to Howell in 2016. I have used Temprite for two years to prepare my furnace and air conditioning systems before the beginning of the heating and cooling season. The service men who came to tune up my systems have been, invariably, very professional, extremely capable and knowledgeable and they have done an outstanding job in getting my systems up and running. They have given me several suggestions on how th maintain and keep my system in good running condition. They arrive at the appointed time and are very efficient. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs.

I have contracted with Temprite for the past 2 years to perform my routine HVAC maintenance - once in the spring and once in the fall. They always do a great job, arrive on time, and everyone is friendly and courteous. It's easy to make an appointment and they don't push you to upgrade to new systems or purchase things you don't need. I am 100% satisfied and will continue to use them indefinitely.
