The employees are very nice! I am a truck driver. I was picking up a trailer today (Saturday) and the trailer had two tires that were almost flat. Because it was Saturday, I knew it could be a long time before I could get a repair truck or some kind of help. An employee by the name of David was working and told me about an air hose around the corner of the building he even set it up for me and was really going the extra mile helping me. Also, even though it was a Saturday and hardly anyone was there- another employee came by and asked me if I needed help and told me to come get him if I need anything. Very nice people!! Let me in the gate early at 6:30 to get me unloaded. In and out 35 mins continue to the right once entering gate, the office is on the back side. All tarped unloads go through the shipping bay door

This is great,the workers are Awesome, I went for a Pickup and they were Very very friendly and I knew it was 12 noon,so everyone was going to lunch, but the guy said,no I'm going to load you up first and then get lunch..WOW,that's was amazing 👏, Drivers you would love this place to get a load..

We chose the 4” white oak Impression Hampton product because of the six-sided seal and superior AO finish of the hardwood and the excellent reviews. This is our forever home after 34 years of Military service and we wanted something that will last in a home that we will pass down. What we have is a mess. The boards stick up and gap and are uneven throughout the house in every room. The short ends are uneven and do not fit together well due to a build up of the sealant on the ends and loose end joint milling. After installation the contractor, McDrake/Carpet Hut noted the problems and contacted the supplier, Horizons, they called in an inspector and now Ten Oaks has come out. We are waiting to learn what will be the resulting determination to fix the situation. I will update my review after

I do not recommend the white oak 6 side pre-finished square solid 3/4" flooring. The end tongue and groove has a substantial gap that allows the ends of of the boards to have a 1/16 inch lippage. If you are looking for a perfect floor with no lippage, I suggest you get something you can sand and finish or look into pre-finished with a micro beveled edge.
