Perhaps they would have done a good job of cleaning my carpets if they had actually showed up for either of the two appointments I made with them. They were remarkably cavalier about my appointments; I had to pester them by phone and text just to find out that they weren't coming, after having already waited 2 and 3 hours for the scheduled windows of time. I had bought a Groupon for this service; fortunately Groupon allowed me to trade it in for other services. I have never been so frustrated by poor customer service, and I'm amazed how they have been able to get so many good reviews for their service on Groupon. I have used Tennessee Carpet Cleaning for several years. They have been prompt, efficient, friendly and go above and beyond to please. Monte and crew are polite, honest and the best! I recommend them.

Set up an appointment but they never showed up .NO SHOW NO CALL. Very disappointed because I was on a time frame to get carpets cleaned. Now I have to make another trip there to get it done.
