Jim did a wonderful job for our residential home inspection. On time, communicative and respectful of the property. He also took time to review the report in person at the property, answer my additional questions and provided the written report very quickly. THI also handled scheduling all the additional inspections. We were able to make an informed decision about the property and will be using them for our next inspection as well.

I was impressed with this company from the start. Friendly and completely professional. They coordinated directly with my agent and we’re on time and thorough. All my notes and concerns were in the instructions for the inspector. Kyle (inspector) called me at the house once he went through to see if there was anything else I wanted prior to him leaving. He was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He even climbed under the house with a 2 foot clearance for several meters to check the foundation. I have had 7 home inspections in the last 10 years and this was the best I have seen in 3 states. Thank you Kyle and Tennessee Home Inspectors.
EXCELLENT customer service from both Carl and Kyle. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and excellent all around. He was thorough and went over results with me etc. He wasn't rushed and didn't rush when explaining. I would definitely recommend this company for your inspections. Kurt with the termite inspection end was just amazing! He took time to explain everything to me and showed me equipment etc.
Let me start by saying how professional and honest Kyle Wynn is. He’s very knowledgeable of his work. He did a wonderful job with our home inspection would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE. also setting up appointments is a breeze the receptionist is very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend them and use them again in the future!
