We had been in the market for a hot tub for about 6 months. We stopped in at a big box store in Murfreesboro, TN and found a really nice tub that we were SO close to buying for $15,000, not including the $5k to $7k for the platform/deck we would need to build to put it on. We decided $20k-$27k was just out of our comfort zone so we passed on it. Six months later, and the beginning of a new year, we started looking at what last years models would be going for. This time a locally family owned and operated place popped up on my search. Tennessee Tub Factory, just down the mountain from us in South Pittsburg! Bought my hot tub about 3 years ago. Had a problem with one of the heater sensors. Talking to Blake was a very good experience. He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone with patients and we got it resolved! Thanks Blake.

Best hot tub factory in the local area. Way better than the big box stores. Nicest people you could ever hope for. I love them and highly recommend them to everyone. Don't even think about going to Chatta, Keep your dollars local.
