I am beyond being blessed in being guided to first financial assistance that is available for seniors 62+ that are in need of emergency or urgent repairs on their septic system. It is offered by a USDA grant. I worked with a great staff member, Samantha Murphy. She did an amazing job in getting all the paperwork l needed to get to her, then processed my case fairly quickly. The second blessing came with a little work in getting multiple estimates on what was needed to get my system up and running correctly. Now l will be honest my system was not only considered old being 20+ years old, but also in great need of repairs, mostly due to my not being aware or taught more about what was all needed to maintain the system. Also l made bad decisions in that l listened to people who claimed to know
