Terminal A Parking

Car was broken into while parked! They then had the car towed because it’s deemed “unsafe”. No call, no text, no email to make you aware that when you land at 2:30am — you won’t find your car or know where it is! To get the car back is another story entirely: 10 phone calls to locate the car, find a small lot in a remote section of the airport, then go to a completely different terminal to pay for the towing you never asked for and the storage you never requested, then go back and claim you damaged car. What a joke. Is this a third world county?

Nice modern parking garage at Newark Airport which also house the rental car agencies. Parking can fill up on busy days, do get there a little early to score a spot even if you reserved ahead (which is highly recommended). Somewhat long walk to the terminal.

I reserved a spot in Terminal A parking ahead of time, as I was flying out of A and it's a convenient walk to get to the terminal. On the day of the reservation, I showed up only to be turned away as the lot was full. They then instructed me to park at P4, which is a walk + shuttle bus + 15-20 min AirTram ride to terminal A. Had I been given the initial option of parking at P4, I would have 100% taken an Uber, as P4 for terminal A is an awful option. My main issue is how customer service responded after the fact. They only offered to refund me a small amount of the original reservation, despite the issue and subsequent inconvenience being entirely their fault. Brand new terminal and great look plenty of parking space, also all car rental companies are on site, you can park and catch your flight or park and catch the air train to all major transit

Every time I park in Terminal A someone has to come to the machine and reboot it. Never happens at P4 parking lot. Quick to tell me to use my credit card but I have ez pass through our company so rather use ezpass.
