Chris Chacon did an excellent job with our service. I asked him to check for a couple of specific things and he did that and more. I highly recommend Terminix and appreciate great service.

The gentleman who came out to my house sent me a text to let me know he was almost there. Generally that would have been fine but I have two scaredy cats and I need a lot of time to get them into travel cages and so he only treated the outside of the house. He was very nice and professional.

I have been in contact with customer service over and over. They continue to request callbacks and this branch never reaches back out to anyone. We have had over 7 escalations and they just choose not to reach back out. The direct line you see on the website doesn't go to the branch. it goes to customer service. they will not connect you with a branch manager. they will only submit a request for them to call you back and they just never do. I have reached out to customer service via email and they only respond when its in their best interest to do so. This has been an ongoing issue since SEPTEMBER
