Chris Phillips has been the technician servicing my house for years now, and he has always done a great job with a smile on his face. No matter how much i bother him, he is willing to listen and patiently explain his process. He is a great representative for any company, and Terminix is certainly lucky to have him!

I just want to share how grateful I am for Ashton’s excellent service and kindness. He always shows up on time, is professional, and takes the time to explain things clearly. Recently, he went above and beyond by helping me with something I truly needed. It showed not only great customer care but genuine compassion. It’s rare to meet someone who takes pride in their work while also showing real kindness. Thank you, Ashton, for your help and for making a difference!

Had a very good experience. The technician that comes to visit us is very friendly, eligible, and efficient in his execution of his duties, maintaining pest control at our residence. I would recommend him to others.

James Stofira was my service tech today for our regular pest control (we also have termite services) and after four years of this particular service he has been hands down the best one yet! James went above and beyond and after a little over a year of bouncing techs due to ours retiring, I look forward to him being our new tech.

Ashton was awesome! This was our 2nd bed bug appointment and the previous person did terrible work. Based off the photos and conversation from Ashton it is almost like the 1st service never happened.
