Joel is simply the best! He is always so professional and thorough with our service. He is very helpful with understanding our needs and addressing those with a proper treatment plan. He is also very proactive about preventing future issues for our home. And I will always enjoy seeing him when he is here! Had a fabulous service call with Joel C. Terminix does our monthly inspection maintenance, and does a great job! Joel is exceptional at touching base a few days ahead of his arrival and notifying us of when he will be here. Joel is always thorough, friendly and detailed in everything that he does. Drew is the most thorough of all the exterminators we've had. He even checks our crawl space! He is a lovely, kind person, and advises us of everything he does and finds. Keep up the excellent work!

I have been working with Trevor Robertson, in Stanwood, for well over a month now, dealing with roaches. He has always been very professional & friendly in every encounter i have had with him. I have to admit I was ready to move out of my apartment, until I saw how well Trevor was getting rid of those disgusting bugs. I am now bug free at the moment. Our Terminex service has been very successful at eradicating persistent insect problems in our home, particularly ants. We have almost always had the same technician, Joel Calhau, who is excellent at communicating with us about upcoming service visits, what was found during the appointment, and precautions to take with our pets during and after the visit. Joel is also very professional, courteous, and friendly, and is a pleasure to work with!
