Stephan is the BEST at making sure my house and patio areas stay bug free! He takes the time to ask me if there are any problem areas, and is always just a phone call or text away. If you want someone who is reliable, transparent, and trustworthy make sure you ask for him.

We are very satisfied with our service from Stephen! He has ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND every service!!!!! We weren’t there today to get his pic but grandson saw him doing front and back yards! Thank you, Stephen, and as always, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday between 3-5. I received a text from “Gage” just before 3 saying it needed to be rescheduled, and to let him know a good time next week. I called the number to reschedule, and to express my frustration as that meant another week with squirrels in my walls. I never heard back, so I texted him to reschedule, and never got a response. I still have not heard from anyone. Overall a bad way to conduct business.

We are very grateful for the service Terminix provides for our home. Our technician is always courteous, patient, and attentive to our concerns. During each visit, he takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. His professionalism and commitment to customer service make us feel confident in the care of our home, and we truly appreciate the excellent service he provides.

Our technician has been instrumental in getting rid of our ants & bugs. We had a big issue inside & outside because our area is a little wooded. Colton got us under control & has done an excellent job ever since. He’s honest, trustworthy, professional & extremely polite. Sometimes it’s not even the product you’re sold on, especially with all the competition, but rather the people who are standing behind the product.
