Richard was here at our home today doing our termite inspection. I cannot put into words how kind and knowledgeable he was! If someone came from every company that was as kind and nice and proficient as he is, life would be wonderful! He has restored a sense that people are good and really do care in life! I’m thinking about changing our pest control back over to Terminex just so he can come here and see us every three months…that’s just how lovely he was! They are sure lucky to have him as a representative for Terminex!!!

We are so pleased with the service from Richard, our Terminix technician. He comes for our quarterly and yearly visits and pest control, and every visit he is professional, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Richard always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure everything is done thoroughly. It’s such a relief to have someone so dependable and courteous taking care of our home.
