I want to express how much better my life has become thanks to Terminix! When I started hearing unusual noises in my walls and noticed holes in my drywall, I decided to reach out to them. Thankfully, they were able to send someone out the very same day. I worked with an inspector named Tyler, who conducted a very thorough examination. He identified the type of pest by examining the droppings he discovered and highlighted every possible entry point in my home, even showing me pictures of each one. He took the time to explain the different services available to resolve the issue. By the time the technician was done, I felt an immense sense of relief! Brian Lawson did a professional and excellent job in making a multipoint inspection. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He discussed options for necessary action items and set a time for him to follow up with us. A very good experience for us.

Aaron and his team came out today to work on my crawl space and more. Communication wise 10/10, they notified me from beginning to end of the process. I was also pleased with how punctual they were and even took the time to show and explain all of what was done in detail. Needless to say, I 100% recommend using Terminix if you want stress free services done right!
