I hired this company for Bat exclusion. The sales guy that showed up “told me” that a list of things would be done and I set an appointment with him. The day of the appointment and no one showed up, I called and they changed my appointment without telling me. So I take another day off work and the day they were supposed to come a second time, I get a call at 7am saying the Tech that was scheduled to come out was leaving the company and they would call later to reschedule. Fast forward a month and I get a call and they “say” they would be out that week. I told the manager I work overnights and I wanted an afternoon appointment. The day they came out they came out at 0800, and rang my door bell. I woke up and allowed them to do the service, getting no sleep that day. A week later and I still

My interaction with Jake over at Terminix was absolutely unprofessional. This company should not be running a service for pest control so they do one in service and then 30 days later they do a second one. I have a problem in my personal home from coming from a different home, they claim to be an external service, but on their website, It does not state that I am very disappointed. They only covered a couple inches in my house here and there. They also did not put any growth for amount down which they admitted to. And said they would do it next treatment. I pay for the advanced services with them and got far from that. I am very disappointed in this company do not use Terminix. I asked for Jake’s supervisors information and he would not hand me that information out. This is not a company

Just signed up for this service. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 12. Twelve o'clock arrived no technician. Call and found out my service was moved to another date without notification or to verify that I would be there. Will give one more try before canceling. Not happy. This is why I canceled my other service

Since Terminix does not adequately represent themselves, let it be known that a quarterly service IS NOT every 3 months from the date of start. Even if you reach out to them in the second month of the quarter, and they conveniently can't get to you until 2 days into the third month, it falls "too close" to the new quarter so they just charge you for the next quarter. Customer service is a joke and in the end we have more issues with bugs than when we started service with them.

Regardless of the requested information I provide to them I still can not get anyone in management to speak with me. Just a bunch of string me along emails and text messages. A phone call from them could have resolved this weeks ago! Absolutely ridiculous customer service by management. I am more convinced than ever that this is being dragged out so late fees can be added to my account.
