George exemplifies professionalism, respect, reliability, courtesy, and expertise. He thoroughly inspects each installed device and provides detailed explanations in response to my questions, which greatly enhance my understanding—particularly regarding how the devices function throughout the commercial property. He was also flexible and receptive when I presented a monthly schedule that aligned with my availability. Every appointment has since occurred punctually and without issue. I highly recommend George as a service technician. On a scale of 1 to 5, I’d rate him a solid 10. This company has the worst customer service. I had paid for a service and since the beginning this company tends to have communication issues. The first service I had the representative confirmed my appointment for 8:00 a.m and when I called for ETA the new agent tells me it was a window opening from 8-12 when someone had confirmed with me my appointment at 8:00a.m. The second time of service the agent that comes to do the job site comes with his equipment broken and not able to use his product properly for the service. The third time was the worst time. I confirmed my appointment the day before with a representative on the phone and even requested the service that was done on the first time as the second time nothing was technically done since the equipment was broken. Will like to give a Hugh shout out to Trevon one of your employees at your establishment. I am the GM at Sweetgreen in Hyde Park and I must say every time Trevon comes to our location he’s like family to us. He make sure to ask if we are okay does an amazing job with the service that the company provides and if I must say he does his job extremely well. From checking all drains, corners and trash cans. With his walk throughs I know can not a pest beat his work 😊, he’s the man for this job. UPDATE: The Branch manager of this location Tom was nice enough to call me and offer ways to make it right, hence why I've changed my review from 1 star to 4. That meant a lot. It doesn't change the fact that their sales reps could be a lot more descriptive in their pitches, but going the extra mile to make things right is about the best they can do. Thanks Tom!
