Terminix

I’ve used Terminix for years. This is the first I’ve had to use them for rodent (mice). Barry was very thorough and I feel confident with the service plan that they will resolve the issue and increase my home protection. They were able to get a team assigned the very next day to start the work. Highly recommend.

John Q. Is charismatic, no-nonsense, and very knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly and was genuinely helpful. You can tell he really knows his stuff. If you’re on the fence about service with Terminix, just do it. Ask your questions and don’t be afraid to ask for a breakdown of the cost. It’s a comfort to know I’m covered. The economy and government can fall apart but at least now my house won’t.

Dylan Corn, my technician, stopped by yesterday and did a great job. I was apprehensive as to what I had gotten myself into with Terminix. The first visit by a different technician was ok. He did what I had asked , kill the black ants but offered nothing extra. Dylan showed up and gave me a tutorial on what I should expect from visits in the future. He then cleaned up all of the cobwebs on the entire house. He then put mice traps in the attic, crawl space and basement. After that he sprayed the perimeter of the house. He even knocked down an old wasp nest I could not reach. Dylan loves his job and wants to take care of his customers. He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge he has obtained over the last year. I look forward having him come to my house.

From start to finish we were blown away with the customer service we received! Barry was great!!.. He was so knowledgeable and eager to help with our pest control. He made sure to get a technician out the very next day, we were very impressed (we expected to have to wait) Josh was our technician and boy does he know what he’s doing!.. he found problems we didn’t even know we had and was quick to take care of it. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received! Worth every penny!!

Be careful these people trying to charge you every month after you paid them to let them treat your house once to try out their service. Looks like a scammers. Stay away from them!
