Zach H. was the one who initially walked me through the service options, and I truly appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain how everything works, what to expect, and why certain treatments are recommended. It was clear he knows this industry inside and out, which made me feel confident moving forward. Today, Takoma came out to complete the pest service and he was just as impressive. He was professional, respectful of our home, and extremely thorough. He took the time to inspect areas carefully, explained what he was doing along the way, and made sure everything was properly treated before wrapping up. Mr Omar Jones has serviced our house for bedbugs twice. He is the absolute best technician we have ever seen.He does such a great job when he came for recheck. Also, he is very polite and respectful. You got a jewel when you hired Mr Omar Jones!

Bradley Ownes was amazing! He did our home inspection inside and outside. Great communicator he gave me all the details of what’s good and if there were any issues which there weren’t, thankfully lol. We love or Terminix Techs every time someone comes out they’re always making sure we’re taken care of and to be honest our conversation feels like we’ve known each other for years lol. This was a reinspection this was a reinspection and recertification of our termite protection. Zack was wonderful. He crawled under the house remeasured the house and made sure that everything was back in order. I highly recommend Terminix.
