Jermichael Thomas is my technician and he gives excellent customer service. I don’t want any one else to even come out. If he’s not working I’ll just wait until he gets back.

The absolute worst communion skills & customer service I’ve ever received. Called to schedule a termite inspection. Was told it was a free inspection & they would be out in 5 days. 5 days later they said the tech called out sick & I needed to call to reschedule. Called and was transferred to 9 different people over a 2 hour period to end up talking to the branch manager who informed me that the inspection would be over $500. The lack of professionalism this company has is beyond me. Glad I didn’t have the inspection done because getting a $500 bill after being told it was a free inspection would have caused a law suit this company clearly doesn’t have the communication skills to handle. Buyer beware. There are way too many good companies out there to waste time dealing with crooks

I’ve been with this company for approximately 2/3 years now. Within that timeframe I’ve had a few techs to come out but my favorite is Jermichael Thomas. He has great customer service and communicates very well with customers.
