Called few weeks ago supposed too come back out for reserviced no response for the price over $200 dont see where it help much still have the problems looking for someone else too service areas ps called and lady said rep would be in touch haven't heard from him not been business like

I’ve been dealing with this company a little over two years and always have excellent service. Trent in the Hampton SC office is excellent and knows his stuff. He is very friendly, and gives great advice on what needs to be done. I will deal with them any day because I know the job is going to get done.

We called them back in November 2023 to set up regular monthly visits. The lady I spoke to scheduled for them to come out. I asked about regular visits again and was told they would talk to me about options while they were here. Appointment day comes, they spray and I talk to the guy afterward about regular visits, all he says is, " I'll add you to the schedule, see you next month." Never heard another thing out of anyone there and no one ever showed up again. It's now August 2024. Just sad. Update- for their reply- the appointment was not scheduled under the last name Ray. It would have been under Shambarger or McDonald. After checking my records to be absolutely sure, this is the company that I called on November 9th, 2023, at 10:26 am and had a 2 minute and 33 second phone call. Thank

I'm surprised by the some of the reviews they sprayed my house 1 time and I didn't see a bug for a whole year! I love them and will use them over and over again. I'm calling them right now for an appointment. Thank you! bug busters.
