Derick is the best and deserves a raise! If it weren’t for him, I would have started treating the bugs myself. I might bring some bugs home just to get him to come back more often. Employee of the year material.

Lindsay has by far been my best Pest Control Technician since buying this house in 2001. Very professional, very good at her job and always a pleasure to visit with when she is here. I’ve made a comment in the email. Ethan was very professional. I’m very impressed on his concern for his customers. He added the extra baited stations. That needed to be done, and he did it before I could say anything about it. Since he asked did anyone come out & did a check in crawl space. Nobody have come out this yr. He did an inspection in the crawl space. He was very informed about what to check for, etc. Hopefully he’ll return next time. Thank you sir for ur honesty.

Update: This company did absolutely nothing to rectify their wrong doings, lies, or removing money from an account for service that wasn't received, don’t let their reviews or their responses fool you !!! If I could give them a zero review, I would. Absolutely horrible company, every associate, I have spoken to from this company has done nothing but lie. On the initial visit, Mr. Reynolds was told we couldn't afford the termite protection because my husband is a cancer patient, yet he went right around me and got my husband to sign, signing him up for services he was told we couldn’t afford !!!!!!
