I had an excellent experience with Wayne from Terminix. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and very respectful of my home. He conducted a thorough inspection and took his time to carefully assess each area. What truly stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. Wayne did not rush through the process. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. He made sure I fully understood his findings and what they meant. He was not only knowledgeable, but also kind and genuinely helpful. He provided detailed documentation and walked me through the inspection results step by step. They are good at their job, however, charging you if you don’t put in writing your desire to not continue your service after contract expires. Yes, it’s in writing in contract that written termination is required. Every service was emailed or texted a service time and date until after the end of year. Please beware!!!!! We cancelled on phone 3 months prior, but they continued service on our rental property, which we were not made aware! It’s not right.

Our Inspector Andra Davis was amazing. He gave us A lot of needed information. As well as great recommendations and Was very detailed and investigative during his inspection, and overall was professional, genuine, and respectful. Where we were looking to getting our appointment moved up, but I was unsuccessful. He helped speed the process up.

Andra took the time to thoroughly inspect both the interior and exterior of my home, explaining what he was looking for and why each step mattered. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering all my questions and offering practical tips for prevention and maintenance.

Ray Sum arrived after texting me in a professional marked vehicle. He was courteous, professional, attentive and thorough. I have tried DIY methods that have been completely unsuccessful. Terminix was able to take care of the insect concerns. The company responded to my wanting an earlier appointment without hesitation.
